i'm going to see butch walker tomorrow, fucking TWICE. one acoustic in store performance, and then at irving plaza with his band. wow, it's going to be amazing. and i got mike to come with me. i feel bad for him, since he's probably going to be tortured. him and his "metalness" or something. i always wind up with metalheads. i don't get it. oddly, though, his band is not metal. good for me, but weird.
i was in a very "classic" mood and was listening to pat benatar, patti smythe, tom petty (
), cream, rolling stones, steve miller band...etc. it was a looooong day of cleaning my room (6 hours of cleaning and i'm STILL not finished. eh). my birdie died today 
i don't know why or how, but when i went to feed her today, she was just... dead. it's very sad. i think i did something wrong, but at the same time, i don't know what it was that i did wrong. i dunno.
i'm going to rockstar karaoke tonight, which is fucking awesome and fun as all hell!! the band is good, and they're all awesome guys. and the best performer wins a $75 bar tab. singing karaoke with a band backing you is so much better and much more fun than singing along to some tacky recording. anyway, i'm about done with this post. hope everyone is well.
