wow. i saw bon jovi tonight. it was fucking insane!!!!! i had to sit through nickelback IN THE SCORCHING SUN, heat of 90+ degree weather not only was nickelback terrible enough before i saw them live, but their live show was just horrendous. the sound was terrible. the bass was too high. the microphone kept cracking the dudes already bad voice. not to mention i just felt like i was watching one realllly long song since all of their songs same the same. think of a different melody, guy. i put my ipod on and rocked out to my own shit.

then... after that hell, BON JOVI came out and it was fucking awesome!!!! he opened with keep on rockin in the free world and went right into one of his own... you give love a bad name. of course he played all his big hits, and new songs, and a bunch of everything in between. just simply amazing. right in the middle of when they were doing have a nice day, it started pouring and i got soaked. it felt nice at first since i was sweating, but then it just got gross and everyone started smelling like sweat and rain. which is not a pleasant smell. like 50,000 wet dogs. but it was still simply amazing. i had a great night.

i just got out of the shower and now i'm going to go out to a bar with my boyfriend and i think some of the guys in his band. they all went to see the pennyroyals in manhattan (they are the guys that recorded my b/f's bands cd). i was supposed to go with them. but PSHHHHHHHHh yeah right i saw fucking BON JOVI!!! ok enough. later.
