I AM IN LOVE WITH MONTREAL

back in ohio. i was stepping off the bus and my friends here were calling me to join them at a bar. that's just awesome. i kinda wanted to sleep or shower, since i'd been on the road for 2 days straight, but hey. booze is booze, and booze i don't have to pay for is awesome-in-the-mouth.

the regina spektor concert was FUCKING FANTASTIC. there aren't enough adjectives for her, but i will say talented beautiful cute warm inventive. and jenny owen youngs, who opened up for her, was fucking hilarious and pretty and so adorably geeky. but in a hot way. like an SG! with a sweater vest! it was also awesome hanging out with oh i'm not in the mood for hyperlinks so i'll say names notthellama, jamielee, morgan, einglaswein, drago, and, uh, someone else. ooh and bumping into my old pal BlaireNxDx was quite awesome. she should call me or something.

so yeah. montreal was absolutely amazing. 2 days was NOT enough. i am in love with the people (what's up with EVERYBODY being attractive there?), the buildings, the mountain, the culture (both little and big differences). thanks to ok this i'll link Quickley for showing me around and schooling me on quebish customs.

i think someday i'd love to move to a place like that.
