The sun came out today for a bit. It was dry when I walked over to the beer station and picked up a Black Boss Porter for around two bucks. ~9% alc by volume and still smooth as silk.

I caught prefuse 73 in San Diego (Casbah) last summer. Two drummers. Battles opened for them. Ian Williams and John Stainer are some sort of big deal to me.
