sooooo - one of my managers sent out an e-mail saying that they were tired of MCO *my position of Master Control Operator* surfing the interet, even on down time. but we arnt given a designated 1 hour break for our 8 hour shift. then i look around at the other positions at the News Station and everyone else gets that 1 hour. but since we dont do 24 hour news, there is alot of downtime for them. so that 1 hour is more realistically 2-4 hours. pisses me off. MCOs are already over worked and underpaid. soon we will have a 4th channel adding even more work. our competing station in the area? only 1 channel. so i will be doing 4 times the work than one of their MCOs. just nuts!!!

if things get too bad im just moving back to d.c.... gr...
