Soooo tired......
You know the best laid plans, yadda, yadda, yadda.
So my siblings and I converge on my fathers house Saturday to scrub every inch of it down, front to back. I'm thinking this should take a few hours, I'll go home and shower, get a bit of rest and go to the X-mas party.
What a fool I was.....
Demerits for me for underestimating the job at hand. Takes more than a little work to make a whole house "white glove clean".
Kudos on the other hand to the VeryVickieChick for not getting grouchy till the very end. Not exactly the most enjoyable way to spend a Saturday.
But most importantly we did a very good thing that was much appreciated so a pat on the back to us for all being good sons, daughters, son-in-laws, daughter-in-laws and grandkids respectively.
Of course we got home, ate, and then promptly fell asleep immediately thereafter killing any chance of making the party
Looks like we'll have to make up for that all this week, starting today!!!

I love cleaning...I know Im a weirdo...but cleaning means its sanitary...and if I clean it I know I can use...Idont have an OCD or nothing but you can never be to careful in todays world!!

What a good son you are 
I was the kind of plumber that could pull off the hot water handle and replace the unit in the all (still don't know what they're called) and put everything back again to stop the leak. I was all excited because it was a bitch getting it out of the wall...my house is really old...and repairing it all by myself 
I didn't really do much going out after all..and that's ok. I wanted to hang out with ruined innocence..but it didn't turn out like I planned Now I'm off on a long drive to visit my parents... the challenge will be to not fall asleep on the road.
