With the election down to a thread John Kerry chooses to betray his supporters AND his Vice Presidential partner John Edwards by conceding the election to Bush.
Late last night Edwards spoke out to the press that they wouldn't give up until every vote was counted and everyone was sure that every vote counts and look what his commander-in-chief-to-be decides to do.
Shame on John Kerry, even Bush didn't betray America like this. I say that because I expected nothing but the worse from George Bush from the time I heard he was on the ticket all those years ago. He has consistenly proven me correct. Scumbag at the beginning, scumbag to the end. John Kerry though took it up to the American people that he would give it his all to unseat this administration and do what needed to be done because he was the only one who could do it. There are no more candidates in this race. It was the two of them and he was as close to a victory as his opponent. Instead he chucks the Presidency, our trust, and many of our hopes out the window.
Honestly if Kerry tries to run again in 4 years he WILL NOT have my support. After a stunt like this he's made it abundantly clear he's no more fitting to be President than Bush is.
America the beautiful? Not today, today it's America the Screwed. Get ready world, it only gets worse from here.
