I know I know.....it's not healthy but still.....

I WANT A COOKIE!

Not something off of a store shelf, pre-packaged and specially wrapped with no love at all. Not something in mix made by heartless machines at the behest of equally heartless executives chasing after profits.

No a cookie filled with hard work and anticipation. Filled with the desire to put a big grin on someones face and a warm spot smack dab in the middle of their chest. Rich, chewy, moist and full of the robust flavors of life and love.

And maybe chocolate.
