Ahhh. The corporate world. I know just what you are about to enjoy. I hate freaking managers. How the heck do they get so egotistical? On top of me being sick physically I had a boss the same way. The sladerous a--hole! When I get released from disability he has a reckoning coming because he said a whole bunch of write up sh-t about me and I have a standing meeting with the big Kahuna (my nickname for the top dog) to set things right hopefully. This manager is one of the reasons why I got so horrible sick because on top of the stress of sickness, regular work stress and his bs, I had a breakdown- literally because he was holding a fictatious shoe above my head even though I had done nothing wrong. Well, he threw the shoe on me while I went on short term disability. Anyway, I know what you are talking about. Funny thing is, I subscribe to Fortune magazine and about two issues ago I read this article on a woman who runs her own company that is hired by big league companies to go in and she tells management what is wrong with the employees and production. The most common reasons? Pay, lack of respect for employees by management, lack of benefits, unrealistic goals, petty ground level managers! Duh! So the company pays this lady big bucks to tell them the obvious. Go figure. Well, keep it real and just hold your head up. You know what as long as you know you are the man in your world you will be fine. Have a good weekend.

I bet that is some of the best kind of fun... especially if everyone hangs out during the hurricane. Now that is a good fantasy... Me, party, wild storm, large trees flying, people running for cover, strong sexy guy cozy-ing down with me out on the beach just out of reach of the rapid surf, near enough to feel the sting of sand, dangerous water and fear of life just having the time of our insanity and precious lives... if only I were a single girl... nice fantasy!

True not many people at the end of November. I don't know much about signs meshing with other signs or what have you. I do know that Sagi peeps are suppose to be free spirits, gregarious, life of the party, go getters and that is me. I do love to be the center of attraction or at least entertain my friends. Its always I good idea to leave things like jobs and people that make you unhappy. Good luck.

My hubby and I are going through some similar issues ourselves. I'm not necessarily unhappy with my job but with the area where we live. He IS terribly unhappy with his job - but it's almost to my favor, he's now considering moving out of state to the places I've been talking about, because there are so little opportunities for him where we are.

Life is to short to spend it in a place that you hate, job or otherwise.

Managed to avoid a smacking he did by falling asleep around 7:30 or 8 with a horrible migraine. Now awake again at 1am and out of smack range he wakes up with not sex on the brain (nor agonizing pain) but with cooking instead and throws a roast in the oven to slow cook.

YEP, HE'S COOKS TOO!!!

Of course now if I don't sleep in the den where I can easily get up and check on it I'm going to be too paranoid to sleep. Let me tell ya, dens aren't for sleeping. Den's are for chatting and webcamming. Too bad my cam is out of commission or I'd pop it on and make everyone watch me sleep. Sleeping alone sucks!
