I swear this hardly ever happens, but seeing a commercial for Wendy's Mediterranean Chicken Salad on the TV last night made me want to try it for lunch today. So I did. And it was good. Funny how, every so often, adverts can actually inspire us to want or do something. I even dragged two friends along with me -- they got the Mandarin Chicken Salad. Mmm!
