Yep, Girl Scouts wear skirts. Im small, so I was actually wearing a real uniform. But Im not as small as a real GS, so the skirt was a bit short . . .
That was just a few years ago, too. I don't know if the ER was used to seeing 30something year old women in little GS uniforms with broken elbows from falling down the stairs drunk!

Yeah, Madonna got messed up pretty bad broken ribs, collarbone, hand. I cant laugh at anyone who gets thrown, even if its Madonna. I dont need that kind of karma!!!
Theres a thread in the SG horses group thats a running tally of injuries. Riding is damn dangerous some healthy fear is not a bad thing. Luckily Ive only been stepped on once and kicked once. But I know Im gonna fall at some point. If you ride, youre gonna fall some time!
I just started riding a few years ago I always wanted to as a kid but never did (did gymnastics, soccer, girl scouts etc instead). Now my parents are on this eternal guilt trip since I love it so much! Ha!
