Went for a great late night swim with friends in the ocean - total darkness and really warm. Most people even in this metropolitan town of Vancouver probably wouldn't know that the water temperature in some of our bays in August are like Hawaii. Something about having your eyes wide open under water staring down into the darkness...

Today it's time to do school work though and tomorrow I fly out earlier for business meetings with business people in businessy places wink

Its funny, when I first got back into the dating arena, I wanted to get this guy back to my place, but I could not figure out what to say to him! Then it occurred to me, duh, just ask him if he wants to come back to my place! Short, sweet, to the point. It takes much more effort to beat around the bush, and what if he doesnt get what Im trying to say?!

In some ways, dating is a lot easier now. In other ways, not so much (as evidenced by many of my journal entries) . . .

Bald eagle aren't really anywhere near the top of my list of favorite birds...but I enjoy the feeling that life will find a way - even while we humans do our best to destroy it at times.
