I hope everyone had a great Christmas! I did, until 1:30 in the morning It was my first Christmas away from home and I spent it with some great people. I was the DD for the night and after dropping off the last person (who lives a few blocks away from me) I headed home to get some much needed rest....or so I thought. I was pulled over by a cop after not stopping fully at a red light before turning right. I got lazy and since there was not a soul in sight I just slowed down and then turned. Damit. That's not even the worst part. The friend that I just finished dropping off, left a bottle of whisky on the passenger floor under a plastic bag that was full of her stuff. Shit, shit, shit! So I get an even worse ticket. I guess that is what I get for doing a good deed. I should have gotten shit faced and stayed at someones place. Oh well. My court date is on the 26th of January. I just want to get the shit paid and over with. It sucks though because I don't have a lot of money as it is, being a college student and all. The only income I have is enough for food, rent, and tuition. Anyways, the lesson has been learned and I'll be even more cautious and aware from now on haha.
