2 years ago I was blessed with meeting this beautiful, white and black spotted pitbull.
Her name is Didi and she is the love of my life and my best friend. She's the only thing that can put a huge smile on my face when everything else stinks. She recently learned how to smile (I don't know how), so every time I come home from work she runs to me with a huge smile on her face and attacks me with her slobbery kisses <3. Didi is currently 3 years old and still acts like a little baby that craves attention all the time. I recently decided to bring her to a park to see if she would play on all the equipment like my first pit bull dog did. The first time I bought her to a kids park, she instantly went on the slides and it blew my mind. She was the splitting image of my first dog, Clyde. Ever since then, Didi and I go to the park to play on the slides. She is my little furbaby.
Since my love for her resembles a mom's love for her child, I decided I was going to be a pitbull activist and fight for my baby's rights to not be discriminated against due to her breed. Its been a huge challenge, all the way from not being able to rent a place to not being able to have her at my job (although she is a service dog). I've had many dogs in my life (all different breeds) and have worked with dogs for 2 years and by far I have seen that pit bulls are one of the most loving breeds. She is my life and I will fight for her until the day that pit bulls or any other breeds of dogs are not discriminated against.
My boyfriend and I got a tattoo of her too
