I was in Edmonton all weekend. It ended up being quite shite, as I strained my intercostal muscles (the muscles between your ribs) on my left side while working out last week, and it hit big time while I was away. Imagine only being able to take half a breath and then being speared in the chest by a speeding screwdriver every single time you breathe. Very exhausting. No ping-pong for me tonight. Just drugs and hopefully some sleep...
