So, I saw Alkaline Trio again tonight, at some sort of strange outdoor industrial park. We were right up front next to the stage. It was rocking out at it's finest. I kept forgetting we were outside, except for the occasional cool night breeze that I felt on my legs.

I was dropped off at home promptly afterwards, to spend the remainder of my Saturday night alone.

I am not bitter.

I just dislike feeling like the doctor who you made an appointment to see a month ago, not realizing that a pretty girl you met on the street would ask you out to lunch that day. You can't miss the appointment, because you'll have to pay, so you go. But you don't enjoy it, and it shows. Your mind is somewhere else and cold conversation is all you'll have. You can't wait until it's over. After all, who enjoys a doctor's appointment...?
