Well, my dears, it's been a long time so I guess I should update this journal. Don't really know why. Got to open up for World Inferno Friendship Society in Brooklyn, again, drumming for Mischief Brew. "Hallowmass." It was a three-day tour, and plop, I'm back in the classroom on Monday. It's surreal- going from shows that big, and then going into the music classroom to teach the following monday. But, I took my advanced band kids out to play for the Halloween parade- it was a lot of fun. Somehow, between the midst of the wild weekend and the switch to work today, I've lost my voice and my throat really hurts. I did catch a cold before the weekend came. Maybe I'll take a vow of silence for a bit. Think I'm going to bed. If you read this, drop a line & say hi. goodnight.
