This summer has not been all that I expected to be. My father went into the hospital to get a quintuple by-pass and a valve replacement and was in there for a month and a half afterwards. My best friend Kevin's mother passed away on July 13th after finding out she had cancer this past Thanksgiving. And working a part time job while waiting to go back to school in the fall isn't really making ends meet. However I still have my health and a good piece of mind since leaving the Air Force. It's just the real world in which I lve in and all there is to do is continue breathing and hope I can live life with the bravery and determination that Kevin's mother Tina lived with.

You haven't updated for a while but I dont think I ever read this journal. Thats so sad, I just came to say your new tattoo is looking so great but Im really sorry to read your sad news, its great you can still be positive about your own life though hopefully there will be more good stuff. My close friends mother has really far gone cancer and we know she is going to die just dont know when I dont know how he will cope when it happens its very hard. Well tak care I hope the rest of the work on your sleeve goes well I cant wait til I can work some more on mine.
