I had a good time this weekend in Raleigh. The Latino festival was going on and I got a lot of really yummy food.
Next weekend is the Indian Festival, which is even better. I get belly dancers with my masala!
I went to Cup-a-Joe and saw an old high school friend who has been there every single time I have gone there in the past year, always with a different girl. This time was no exception. It really blows my mind. He must have some sort of hyperactive pheromone output or can mix a mean martini. Something. It just ain't right.
Im thinking of doing the unthinkable. Moving in with my crazy mother. **runs screaming, hides behind couch** I'm afraid of myself for thinking up this horrid plan which will no doubt end in disaster. Yes, my mother and her 200 cats, living in some sort of psychoactive induced haze where Im left to clean up the broken glass and fur. BUT, its only temporary and I could go back to Raleigh ASAP. My money saving ability has really been tested by the $300 power bill, followed by my glasses breaking over the weekend which will cost me another $300. Top this all off with a healthy serving of paranoia due to the recent appearance of the downtown serial rapist operating in my neighborhood, and Im ready to throw in the towel. Plus she said she would pay for me to go to cosmetology school at Aveda.
Well, at least things wont be boring.
