YAY! I just can't take the boredom any longer and Im going to Raleigh today. Might be back tonight, maybe tomorrow. Ill update then. Im sure Ill have something interesting to report.

i am in the exact same place (w/o a huge power bill -- but i am battling bmg as usual). i brought home boxes to start packing in anticipation of moving sometime to somewhere. i'm looking for a house to buy. i know what i can afford but the bank disagrees. in fact, all the banks disagree.
