Heard a little bit of the new, and last, Elliott Smith album today. Made me sad. He was such an amazing musician with so many troubles. Makes you appreciate life just a little more to realize that it is a fleeting thing.

I got a crappy job for about a month and a half taking orders for a catalog. Lame hours (3 am to 11:30 am) but it pays well and will hold me while I interview for better jobs that I actually want.

I really want to get back to school. I will just hope I get one of the cool college jobs I am in the running for. That means tuition breaks for this guy. I'm not a religious man but I am willing to pray to whoever to get one of these jobs.


A little addition to the update. I hate being bored on Friday nights. My whole crew of folks is out doing their thing tonight with their special somebodies and I am home on my ass playing x-box like a dummy. I either need to A) get some single friends or B) get a lady in my life. Either way I might be a little more sociable. Alone time is great and all when I want it but damn, I want social interaction. Shit, I'll give ya $2 for a hug at this point.
