thank you everybody for the kind birthday wishes! it was (and is continuing to be) a wonderful one. i'll be replying to everyone who stopped by to say hello in the next day or so. tomorrow - sunday - is the end of gay pride weekend here, and i'll be at a gigantic block party with Su during the day, and then it's off to the VNV Nation show at night (not anything to do with gay pride, but a happy coincidence, with big dancy beats...it will be nice to hear some music i actually enjoy over the weekend!)

Today it rains, a probable sign that I need to stay indoors and work …
I saw that video a few weeks ago. It's great, and so is the one for "Sex Is Not the Enemy".
But the video for "Run Baby Run" is a bit of a letdown. Especially since it's one of my favorite songs off of the album. It's all Shirley, which really isn't a bad thing, but it has no plot to it. Just random stuff going on. Ugh.
In my vision, the video would consist of her singing to me, and then proceding to make out with me afterwards. Go me.
