the annual boston sci-fi movie marathon is this weekend (this is the 30th one) and i'm going. it's a great way to celebrate president's day weekend, since i'm not going to buy a car.
it starts saturday at noon, and runs for 24 hours. i'll be real pretty when it over, that's for sure. my festivities start tonight, since my future bible heroes bandmates are coming in from new york for this. i'm making cheese & chocolare fondues to celebrate, and then it's off to work, a few hours of sleep, and then...big screen silliness.

i think its a good sign that life has us both to'ing and fro'ing with such frenetic pace, yes? art is not an occupation, its an existence, methinks. however, i do miss communicating more ~ yay for at least having these little spaces of connection whentime permits.
