Su and I have been hanging out with joEy for the last couple of days, as he makes his way across the world...a daunting, fantastic and laudable feat, in my estimation. We've been showing him things in Boston that are beyond the normal touristy stuff, and he's been taking many many photos. He'll be stopping by tonight at ManRay, the ooky-spooky nightclub I work in. It's all been very enjoyable, and joEy is one amazing person!
Besides that, I've been playing with more cicada sounds, and am working up a piece of music composed entirely of these sounds...am hoping it turns out like I'm hearing it in my head.
