I haven't written anything in a while, so I wanted to share a couple blogs from my Facebook page. I went to two concerts this past week, and I always like to write something about them afterwards. This one was first. I hope to post the second one tomorrow.
------------
I had a busy (extended) weekend. It started Thursday, when I met three of my...

I had an interesting thought last night as I was getting ready for bed: There are mass shootings monthly (sometimes weekly), a resurgent white supremacist movement, cops killing unarmed black kids regularly, and we’re on the precipice of having a Supreme Court that could take away fundamental rights. And yet, looking internationally, we’re in a state of relative peace. Yeah, we’ve bombed Syria recently, antagonized...

It seems like I only dress up for funerals anymore. I mean, I kind of hate wearing a tie. And I've never had to wear one for work. But every once in a while, I do like to dress up. It had been so long since I truly dressed up that my suit doesn't fit anymore. I only ever wore that suit to funerals, so...

I had a conversation about concerts with a friend recently, and I was asked what my all-time favorite shows were. I answered off the top of my head, but we agreed I should blog about it. So here’s my more thought-out top 5 (not necessarily in order, except for the top 2). If anyone reading this feels like commenting with a couple of your favorites,...

This was the third of my trio of concerts in August and September. Although they were all current, popular artists, the crowd and atmosphere was a little different every time. Coldplay felt the most like an all-ages show. The Ed Sheeran show had a wide age range as well, but skewed younger. But the Weeknd crowd was the youngest and hippest by far. I remarked...

When I sit down to write something, I usually try to have some kind of catchy opening paragraph to get things started. As a result, I very rarely cover concerts in sequential order. But this time, I’m actually going to start by talking about the opening act, because he was a big name (relative to many openers, anyway)-- James Blunt.

I wasn’t looking forward...

Every few months, I get the urge to actually participate a little more around here. Obviously the level of participation is a little different for guys than for the ladies. I don't get to post sexy pics for everyone to enjoy. =) But I like to write; and when I go to concerts, I always write some kind of recap on my Facebook page. I...

I was clicking through photos here the other day when I had a thought. I don't know if it gets said enough-- or if, when it is said, it comes off kind of creepy-- but it really hit me just how much thanks all the women here deserve. They've chosen to share their bodies with the world. They don't have to put themselves out there...

So, I'm thinking about buying a couple prints here on the site. I've got a couple questions. Mainly, does anyone know how the prints are shipped? Like, is it just a padded envelope for the 8 1/2 x 11 prints? I'm assuming the 17 x 22 prints come in a tube?

Also, do the models get a royalty on the prints, or does it all...

the SOTD prints are printed here at SGHQ and shipped either in a cardboard envelope, or poster tube depending on size. They aren't signed, and since SG owns SOTD images the girls don't receive royalties. However, I find most of the models have a great selection of personal prints that aren't from SG sets which are pretty amazing! I guess the SG ones are great if there's a particular set image you love that the model isn't offering as a print! :)

Two of my favorite songs right now are "Pray to God," by Calvin Harris (featuring HAIM), which is maybe the catchiest and least EDM thing Harris has done; and "Cheyenne," by Jason Derulo, which has a very 80s sound, and has a staccato synth line similar to Taylor Swift's "Style" (which I also absolutely love). I've listened to Derulo's track probably nine times and counting...
