Today I got paid, which believe me is something I was looking forward to, seeing as it has been 6 weeks of nothing, Damn bank holiday yesterday. I went to the meeting at the restaurant today and took 35 minutes of straight notes on what ingredients are in the meals and what they taste like. I guess that was my way out of having to taste all the meat. My new boss is so nice, but it's a little strange because in asian culture I dont think they believe it is appropriate to shake hands with a woman, she had no idea what the hell I was doing when I shook her hand on last wednesday night. Thats alright though, I usually bow my head to people anyway.


Chicken
Orange- deep fried, orange sauce, sweet+sour, no veg
* Kung Pao- Mild Spicy w/ onions, zuchinni, celery, dried chili peppers
Sesame- Similiar to orange, Sweeter w/ sesame seeds
Broccoli- w/carrots, soy sauce
*Black Bean Sauce- Red+Green Peppers, Onions, Spicy with Soy Sauce, Salty, Dark
*Garlic Sauce- Sour+ Spicy, Reddish/Brown, Mushroom, Celery, Carrots,Zuchinni, light green onions
Tofu- Celery, Carrots, Onions, Soy sauce
Lemon Grass- Fillet marinated w/ lemon grass herb, Deep Fried, Chopped, Served w/ lemon sauce, No Veg
Teriyaki- Marinated chicken on grill
