I was struck by the excellent visibility you have there.. there are some great roads around my house in West Sussex but it's heavily wooded around here.. so it's like riding through a tunnel of trees much of time... zero run-off..jeje!

They're actually not very heavy at all. The main body of them is a very thing silver that is just folded over. The heaviest part is the actual hook.

Well.... that is an aspiration... but in all seriousness i'm not sure how quickly i could realistically enact it. A few months ago i was planning on taking a career break at work, renting out my house, and moving to Madrid... but of course that is all now out the window, so to speak.

Work has taken a more positive turn just lately, and not withstanding having to live in hotels for half the working week, it's pretty much ok. So i'm perhaps not so desperate to bail as i might have been. So... in answer to the question.. i'll certainly be stateside again soon... but i still don't know about a permanent move. But i'm not ruling anything out....

I do need to avoid these euro-chics tho'. They're nuts. Or at least the ones i meet are. It's North & Central & South American girls all the way from now on for me....

They do indeed love a Southern accent. Las chicas espaolas used to go nuts when i put on an Atlanta accent. For serious. Maybe we should swap. You come over here and handle all the crazy euro-babes and i'll come out your way and put the zed through it's paces. The more i think about that... the more i like it... jeje!

Whoa! Dude, when did I say you were a fucking sheep? That statement was not aimed at you. I was just saying that if nothing else, I can be happy with myself for sticking to my convictions and belief system,etc and not be swayed by flowery speeches and elocution. I wasn't overly thrilled when McCAIN got the GOP nomination. I didn't even vote for him in the primary. As for the white supremacists, I would just assume lock them away along with the likes of Louis Farrakhan and Jeremiah "USKKKA" Wright and the black panther party..I Mean really. They're all the same to me.

I was bummed the Rideing I thought that I'd be able
to get in Wed & Thur didn't happen. Small plus I'll
get more than 30 hrs in for the week.
This evening as I was comeing over a ridge there's
a great Western view and the sunset was glorious.

The flat black bike and leathers totally make you look like you should be on your way to Thunderdome.

That was a fun little bike journey you took us on.
