Y'know? what if someone were to invent an amp that one of the channels actually went to a Big Muff circut? Would that be possible? So it had like, Clean, Drive, Muff, channels. Is that just crazy talk? And maybe have blend knob so you can say, blend the drive and the muff channels together?

I've been at this all day, and the responses I've gotten back from various amp guys around the internet and the word I hear mostly is that I just need to get better at reading schematics in order to do this. I pose a simple fucking question and all I get in return is condescension, no real help.
As a big fat idiot, I take umbrage. In a different track, forums are full of self-serving assholes. The misses posted in a computer/geek forum about how to back up/transfer the files in my dying PC and she was told in more than one post, that if she/we weren't already backing up the harddrive, we're more or less lame and therefore we shouldn't even be asking questions.

My biggest fear ever is being in a vehicle that gets drove into water. Even if I were on a lawn mower or tractor that I could just swim off of, just thinking about being in your shoes (and at night!) and almost backing into swampy waters makes me feel nervous.
