Hey, guess what I got!
I called Z1 Enterprises on Monday and spoke with the owner, Jeff Saunders. I knew he was British, but what I didn't know was that he sounds exactly like Sir Anthony Hopkins! Jeff was extremely helpful and answered a bunch of stupid questions for me while I had him on the phone.
I made the call Monday, the sprockets arrived today. I'd go put them on immediately, but I'm in quite a lot of pain today, plus I've got to take my dad to the store in a few minutes. Maybe after I get back from grocery shopping, we'll see...

I could see the pipe flaring tool working to stake the pin. I've also heard of someone buying a cheap harbor freight c-clamp, removing the pivoting end and grinding the knob into a dull point. At the ZRX forums there's a community chain tool & a dibs thread. Whoever has it just mails it along to the next guy. The Rex forums are reason enough to own the damn bike.
