The Test Probe

The body is some high school shop student's idea of a Fender Duosonic. I salvaged the neck from a '63 Danelectro that'd been in a car crash, and it's a real short scale, like 22.5" or something ridiculous like that, so I run pretty heavy strings on it, I think 12-50. Red Lace Sensor for the bridge position, Blue Lace Sensor for the neck. One volume, three way switch, it actually sounds kinda like a Les Paul.

I call it The Test Probe because this is the guitar I keep in the shop to test out amps and effects and such. I know it works, and I know what it's supposed to sound like.

If you close your eyes, it sounds expensive...
