BEAUTIFUL STEERING, PISS POOR BRAKES

On the off chance that it would make a difference, I cleaned up the GPz master cylinder and put it on. I bled all the air out of the lines and still can't get anything like good solid pressure...

That said, I took a ride to my aunt's house and found out that I love the GPz fork! Much better...

SO CLOSE!!

So I've been planning a front end swap for some time...

I've been gathering parts from hither and yon and finally got them all together!

1982 GPz750 fork from R4.
1983 GPz750 calipers from ebay.
1983 KZ750L axle from ebay.
Early LTD1000 fender from ebay.

Today was so nice and I didn't have anything too pressing to do, so I decided to dive...

When I need a dry day I tell myself that if it rains I'll call in sick. Never fails.

I got left out of this thing my friends were doing and it resulted in me sitting at home by myself, eating indian food and smoking myself into oblivion until 1:00am with makeup on, dressed to go dancing.

This evening my dad and I rode our bikes into town. He hadn't ridden it that far in years! We've been working together on it about every day for a couple weeks now, and it's been a great bonding experience for us!

I tried to quit smoking yesterday. It was not a good mental health day for Justin...

here is my humble opinion on this subject. i voluntarily pay my own money to be a member of this site. if there is something in particular on here that doesn't really do it for me I DON'T LOOK AT IT! i am a grown ass woman and think i am perfectly capable of deciding what is "offensive" to me. i really don't need anyone else to make that decision for me. i think the people that are cracking down on sites lke this really have more important things to do, this is retarded mad

Arrr! ARRR!!! Me gullet's full o' fish & ale!

No, really, my buddy from Tecumseh brought some snapper over this evening, he smoked it on Dad's grill. I picked up a six pack of Samuel Adams Boston Lager and a sixxer of Newcastle Brown Ale, and pimped up some Ranch Style Beans. Mmmmm! biggrin

Yesterday, Dad and I rolled his '79 Suzuki GS1000 out of the shed...

Hmmmm, the zx-14 is interesting... My zrx uses the same engine as the old zx-12. I wonder if this new 1400 is based on the same platform? Someone will buy one and stuff it into a tree with 300 miles on my new motor smile Actually I wouldn't bother, the rex is plenty of bike for me.
Check this '06 bonneville scrambler:

I totally dig it, except they're using a 270 degree firing order and specs show a 10hp loss compared to the (already pathetic) standard bonnie. I'm trying to convince my brother-in-law to buy a (used) new bonnie & do this same get-up with it rather than one of the japanese dual-sports that he admits will rarely see any off-road use. He'd like something to putt around town, but still be able to get up the rough road to my folks property in CO.

I called the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation twice today, got voicemail both times. I still have no idea when I can get in to see Dr. Merrill.

Terrible headache all night, could only sleep in short snatches. Still hurts pretty bad...

Big storm rolled through about midnight, I think some servers might have been struck by lightning or something because I've had hell connecting...
