Well, tomorrow's the tattoo fest. I couldn't think of a better way to end a pretty dull work week. I'm bound and determined to get ink this weekend, even if it means skipping a few bills.
Ideally, I want to get one of my grandfathers' tattoos as sort of a tribute. I remember being absolutely obsessed with them as a child, but honestly I don't remember what either one of them had other than dancing hula girls. As cool as one of those would be, I'm thinking that another naked girl tattooed on me would go over like a ton of bricks with my girlfriend.
So, all week my mother has been digging through old pictures from both sides of the family to find one with visible tattoos. No luck so far, but there's still a day left. Hopefully something will turn up.
Of course, if something does manage to pop up, there's still no guarantee that she'll be able to figure out how to e-mail the picture to me. Gotta love her for trying though. Oh, and also because she's my mom.
