We interupt yesterdays recap of 20 things in my mind to give you a drunken narration of my Suicidegirls Burlesque Show Experience!

Episode 1: My Miracle Ticket
i found myself still in colorado today... and low and behold so was the suicide girls burlesque show. with intrepidation, after a full day of business, I drove to the show.
the line was long. at least 200 people. i drove by ready to go back - but then said eff it. i talked to the bouncer and had no pull to skip the line in this venue - an oddity to my upbrininging if i was in miami, ny or la it would be different (and if i was 25 (and if i was paris hilton)).
so I stood on line.
five wonderful girls were behind me. i liked them. they laughed at my jokes. michelle the sweetest pimp. christy with a wonderful back tattoo and the prettiest eyes. they were clearly together. i never learned the other names. but gosh the littlest most sober for life one reminded me dearly of someone i loved past and will love future.
we waited as my bipolar add kicked in. the line grew longer. a big man came over. asked who didnt have tickets. the girls spoke up. they needed 5, no 6. he said here. for free. they took me in! they know whats up!

Episode 2: The Guava VIP room
at least 1000 people. i realized how removed i am from the scene, as i dont shop in hot topic.
we head to the front bar. a round of shots. they are so sweet. i open a tab, committing to buy a shot for anyone who recognizes me. my bar tab was $200 (w/tips), and I have only been on this website for a week.
needless to say i drank alone a lot! i should not have driven home.
Episode 3: The opening band was phenomenal
i really enjoyed the opening band. the music was great. the musicianship was great. the performance was fun. they were cute. and the music was good. great stuff.
i bought a 10$ cd. i didnt want ti signed but instead i kissed the guitarist in an admirable way.
unfortunately the lead singer gave me her husbands bands cd for free. whats that about!
Episode 4: The show was fun
regean is a great entertainer. the cocaine skit reminded me of why i was standing there alone - and got me in a bit of a funk. chloe is a lot smaller than she represents and her red hair was phenomenal. odette is a good performer too. i rolled my eyes at the resevoir dogs skit, but the exectuted it well and turned me around. fractal i just want to put in my pocket and love all day long - adorable. lots of young boobies.
overall fun stuff. glad i went.
