Well I put in for a new job. This one is still sailing with NOAA, but it will involve A LOT more sailing. I've already been referred for hire, but now I have to wait for a notification of selection. More sailing means more overtime, and thus a lot more money. Less time on land though, means even less time with the family. Its all good though. They don't give a fuck about me... At least now when I get off the ship there will actually be money in the bank! I haven't seen that happen in about 10 years.
