Well, I WAS being moody, but now I'm OK. Amazing what a little attention from the opposite sex will do for you. smile

My knucklehead brother-in-law has me thinking about a blower for the 440. I'd love the look cruising 19th avenue, for sure. Of course, I'd shatter the driveline quickly, so a differential upgrade would be in order. I've learned from MissKaboom the desirability of...

Glad my story of pain and suffering made at least one person wise to scatter shields. wink

When we were building my 440 we were toying with the idea of a blower, but decided against it. I don't remember why exactly. whatever

Do you have an iPod? I would like to get one, but I seem to spend my money before I can save up to get one. whatever

Hey guys!
Still alive. Been busy, traveling and then entertaining. Kinda done with people staying at my place. Ready to be alone, please!
Glad the roommate is gone all week.
Just saw the Reverend at Bottom of the Hill.
Great show! Was real close, but there were some moshers (there's still moshers?) there on the front part of the floor (moshing at a Reverend show?)....

Phew! Now THAT was a weekend.
Friday out late, Saturday to LA for the Hootenanny (pix posted soon - looks like I lost the digitals, but I have four rolls of film), Sunday for a cruise in the Fury with my 8 bestest friends (yes, 8 people in the Fury!), plus Spidey 2 (good!). Today, wrenching.
I'll post a more detailed Hootenanny thing as soon...

Just wanted to say hello to my fellow Moparian. smile

(grin) Not looking for trouble, but I want this fight, and I want to win it. What the company is doing is out right wrong, and when it involves an individual's life...I have a hard time backing down. The mother badger in me. I cannot go in to detail, I'm sure you can appreciate the why's, but what I would not give for his family to get pissed off and go to the press. *sigh*

Round of applause for Quinne's breasts. I mean, I like ALL breasts, but these are, like, benchmark breasts.
I'm not obsessed. No.

All is well! Didn't buy the Fury (I think it sold today), but will still go look at the old New Yorker. Went spelunking in the '67 dashboard to see if I could find a wiring prob, no joy, but she bit me for my trouble, pretty good cut from the clamp holding the tach.
Ummmm...bought some canvas & paint today, working on new projects....

It's an 'Audioslave at maximum volume' kinda day. smile

PS - I'm addicted to old Mopars. It's a disease. I acknowledge my powerlessness over my disease. In which case I gotta stop looking at Craigslist, it's like an alcoholic standing around in a liquor store...

So the Fury is mostly there, brakes are done, trans is done. I need to track down a mystery electrical problem, probably the ammeter (voltmeter). And, figure out why this 383 is so sluggish. But otherwise, the sky's the limit on Francine. smile smile smile smile

Woo hoo! It is sounding great!

Things are good. Don't mean to jinx it , but things are good. Hard work is paying off, etc., getting laid, have some good scotch.
Better enjoy this before it inevitably goes to shit.

No you remembered correctly, but we were testing and didn't put the transmission shield on yet. I was only going to do a 60ft and click off. Well, that didn't work now.

Ah I couldn't stand living in the Sunset. I moved to Hayes Valley afterwards, then even more inland now. I swear I'm gonna be in South Beach soon, on the most eastern part of San Francisco I can find. biggrin
