Hello my friends...How are you this fine evening? I'm doing quite well, thank you
Alright, so, if you're reading my journal right now, you more than likely want to know how my date went!
Hee hee...okay so i got to class today and she wasn't standing by the door like she usually is...so no big deal...so i went and sat down inside, waiting for her to come in... so she finally comes in accompanied by her friends...she gave me the smile, like usual, accompanied by a mouthed "Hi" ...doesn't mean much to you, but it meant something to me lol...it meant she was still feeling good about today. So after class, we went outside, she was waiting for me...and we talked about what we were gonna do while her friends were close by, so i know she wasn't hiding it...so as we were talking, her friends walked away and caught up with couple from our class and started whispering things to eachother, then went around the corner...so we got the plans ironed out and she went on to class...meanwhile, i have to go that direction to the parking lot to get my art portfolio for my next class, and when i rounded the corner, about 8 people from my history class were there to greet me and congratulate me for growing some balls (finally) hee hee... i felt pretty good so her best friend from the class walked with me to the parking lot and said that the girl (Heather) was "very glowy" today and she was really excited and the whole class before they had been passing notes about me, which is a good thing i guess...and she talked about how Heather hadnt been on a date in a while and she liked me, blah blah blah... so yeah, Heather was excited
so i cut my art class early...but i didn't realize HOW early i left until i got to the car...i was 30 mins early LOL, i didn't even notice...so i start driving, i figure it would take me a while to get to her house...so i found it a LOT easier than i thought i would, so i called her and bumped the date up to 5 instead of 530...but i still got there way early...so i sat with her and watched TV until her mom got home...and her mom already knew my name (they're more like sisters) so i guess they've talked about me
...so, after chit-chatting with her mom, we finally leave...the drive was great, we talked nearly the whole way...and we have a LOT of freaky things in common, but i'll go over that in a sec...so we get to the restaurant, sit down, chat some more...ordered our drinks...we talked about school, work, life...so then when they come to take our order, we order the exact same thing...just by coincidence i guess...then, when the food gets there, we BOTH scrape off the lettuce and tomato, cuz i hate that stuff but i was gonna choke it down if she was...but she did it too, so i felt better about it lol...so that was freaky...THEN we find out that our parents divorced after the same amount of time...20 years... and, her dads roots are all up in the north while her moms are in the south, which is exactly like my family...and both of our fathers families have connections to Tennessee, and they happen to have a mutual friend who plays in a local band after all these years, which is really freaky...so our dads probably knew eachother way back :shocked: i know, its weird...anyway, dinner was good...no awkward silent moments, which is really good for me lol... so we head home, i miss a turn near her house but oh well, more time to drive around and talk... get her home, walk her up to her apartment and she invites me in...so, i go in...and her mom is still there when she was supposed to be on a date herself, but oh well...so we go out on the blacony so she can have a cig and we stare at the stars...it was a gorgeous night...so we just talked and stared at the sky...then her mom came out and started talking with us, which is okay i guess...no big deal...so, i figure ive stayed long enough and say my goodbyes...she walks me to the door and we say our goodbyes...and JUST when i was about to get my goodnight kiss, the neighbors decide its a good time for them to leave 
so that kinda blew the moment, so i got a goodnight hug instead but, the whole thing went really really well, and you all were right, i had nothing to worry about! hee hee...now, when is too soon to ask for the second date? like i said, im no good at this sort of thing lol
OKAY so, my question of the day! Who would win in a fight? Godzilla or Trogdor the Burninator?! Tough one eh? alright, so theres your special report...later peeps
