Okay, here we go...just a reminder, this is all happening a long time ago...and, no, the other one didn't end with sex...but it did get pretty close

Part 3

Okay, so...this is fun I'm getting people hooked here... I should charge admission for this shit. Okay, so, things are going great...weeks have gone by at this point and I've learned a lot of interesting facts about Jackie...such as, she's never met her real mom, and her dad died before she was born.. and she lives with her elderly aunt and uncle...which is a bit odd. Her parents were apparantly alcaholics and Jackie's grandmother didn't want her to be raised in that sort of household. Her mom was going to get an abortion, but her father died in a drunk driving accident a couple days before her appointment and she never went through with it, so Jackie was born. In the end, this was probably better for her... it bothers her sometimes, but she's heard enough awful stories and doesn't plan on meeting her mother as far as I know... Also, another much worse story had to do with one of my arch enemies...I won't mention his name, because you never know who's reading this stuff, so I'll just call him "Fuckface". A few years before, Fuckface had picked on me constantly and pushed me around. He tore up homework assignments, he tore some of my shirts, and was just a total jackass to me. I was too young and scared to fight back. I mentioned his name to Jackie and she got really pissed and teary-eyed. After I pushed her a little bit, she told me how he had gotten her really drunk at a party when she was 17 and had raped her... She couldn't fight back... Then, he stole her purse and got her debit card number and stole a few hundred dollars out of her bank account. She was too embarrased to go to anyone and never called the cops. This REALLY pissed me off. But, as it turned out, he joined the army and was off in who-knows-where training. A couple weeks after I heard the story, Jackie called me up crying. She sounded scared out of her wits. Fuckface was at her house banging on the door. Her folks were out and she didn't know what to do, so I jumped in my car and took off as fast as I could. When I got there, Fuckface was sitting by her door smoking a cig. He jumped up when he saw me and immediately started spouting his annoying taunts. Now, I'm no fighter... Not at all... But any guy, ANY guy, can become a fighter when he or someone he loves is threatened. Its like some inate warrior sense that comes from within. I threw the first punch... Gave him a nice black eye. He, after his military training, wasn't phased, and hit me in the face once, then got me in the stomach, knocking the wind out of me... Then he shoved me into his little SUV thing and pulled my arm around behind me, which hurt like a bitch... He told me if I ever tried that again he'd kill me, then he got in his car and left. As he was going down the driveway, I picked up a handfull of gravel off the driveway and threw it as hard as I could and smashed his passenger window and dented up his door. He slowed, but didn't stop, and I haven't heard from him since. Jackie had seen the whole thing and helped clean me up... Its the only fight I've ever been in... So, yeah... That wasn't cool...
But, enough of that... A while later, she got drunk with one of her friends and called me up to talk. She's very fun to talk to when she's drunk because she's completely open. She explained that the reason she hadn't had sex with me yet is she wanted to wait until it was official, and I was a virgin at the time and she said she would have felt bad for taking that from me. So, I asked her out, right there on the phone... Since she was drunk, I figured she'd say yes, but she just laughed at me and said "Not yet, silly!" That kinda bummed me out, but I was having the time of my life, so who needs a title, right? By now, it was after Christmas... Her birthday was in early January, and we had a nice little party with some of her friends... I had met most of her family because I got invited to a reunion, and her family loved me. I've seen some of them since then, I forget where, but they remembered me as "the kid Jackie was dating" hee hee... Then, in one of our nightly phone conversations, she got serious... I was supposed to pick her up the next morning for church, of all things, and she said the words no guy wants to hear... "We need to talk." Ouch...
