Nothing new to report today. This week's been the same as the last several. Work, sleep, kill...

Sometimes I feel like I'm in a rut.

Anyway, I did manage to read Half Asleep in Frog Pajamas by Tom Robbins. It's a pretty damn good book. The story took me a little while to get into, but Robbins' writing is hard to put down, so I got sucked into it anyway. Go out and find it if you're looking for something a little different.

Also: Exploitation flicks. I love 'em. Blood, sex, violence; these are the things that make movies great. Yesterday I rented She-Devils on Wheels, Ilsa: The Wicked Warden, and School of the Holy Beast. So far I've only watched She Devils and Ilsa.

First up: She-Devils on Wheels - You'd think a movie about an all girl biker gang whose main activity seems to be racing their bikes to determine who gets the first choice of guy from their "stud stable" would be a pretty cool flick. You'd be wrong. It wasn't bad, but it was just kind of boring. Oh well, it happens.

Next: Ilsa: The Wicked Warden - I have seen the coolest thing ever in the history of everything; and that thing is a catfight in the shower of a prison for sexually deviant women run by a beautiful but sadistic ex-Nazi. I don't think I really need to say any more about this movie.

I'm looking forward to School of the Holy Beast. I'm told it's weird, sexy, and violent.

Sounds like a good time to me.
