Another Friday night this time home alone. 
My vacation is half over and I'm feeling more relaxed and less stressed. I took mom to Las Vegas on Wednesday and got us rooms at the Sunset Station Casino. 
We ate at Red Lobster and watched the Movie The Big Miracle. Mom was happy to get away from home for the day so that was a bonus. I took Mom to the movie Chimpanzee today, damn that was a great movie. I'm a sucker for those Disney Nature movies.
Things with the girlfriend are good. Finally hooked up with her Tuesday. It was nice and what I needed. She says she loves me. I hope she does. She is kind of needy more now though. I think she is realizing that we each have our own lives and need to work at it if we want to spend time together. 
I hope she does not start to resent me and my easy work schedule and the fact I earn double what she does working less than half the time she does. For some women that has been a problem in the past. Have to wait and see I guess.
