My headaches have gotten worse and now I have these permanent spots in my vision that are bothering me....anyone know what is wrong with me? frown I am working on getting insurance and should have it in Feb or March.

Classic Migraines can include scotoma -transient visual disturbances that precede the headache. In my mind, if you're experiencing sustained visual changes this constitutes an emergency and would warrant a visit to the ER. True, they'll eventually try to bill you for the visit, but this is your eyesight! Another option would be a visit to a Doc in the Box (Urgent Care, etc.) It shouldn't run more than $75.00.
