I am pissed,,,I love Texas but I hate the politicians here. So the TX governer the honorable asshole Rick Perry signed the Defense of Marriage Act yesterday....this act states that same sex unions will not be recognized in Texas...they were not recognized already but critics of the law are saying that the Bill "represents a right-wing agenda of intolerance" (Houston Chronicle)

The saddest thing to me is that this bill had little opposition in the House
A group called th e Free Market Foundation supported the bill and they are out to "strenthen families"....how dare these people say that gay people cannot raise a family as well if not better than straight people....fuckers....
On a better note I got my car back today...new spark plug and wires....runs like a champ....not if i could get the AC fixed....

that really sucks about the marriage act.
it's such a sad mindstate to live in.
maybe texas just isn't the place for you?
then again.. who is to say what marriage is?
sure it might not be recognized by your insurance
or other groups and whatnot
but marriage is really just a bond that you create inside yourselves and your community. no one can tell you that you can't do that.
