Buying a round of drinks for everyone and then its someones elses turn. An example would be maybe that you get the drinks in one turn out of 10 and for the rest of the time you get 9 drinks back. Of course, in Scotland 'jobbies' or 'jobs' can mean shit, so some slang doesnt work everywhere.
