By boyfriend once told me that if I manage to make one person's life better just by knowing me, I've won. I would hope that I have done that with him and my two best female friends.
I don't have many friends, but the few that I do have I would do anything to help. My friends are closer than family, and I think, perhaps because I would rather sit at home with my boyfriend and knit an iPod cozy on a Friday night than go out and get loaded, that I am missing out on something.
I am trying to live my life according to my rules, and I figure I'll just make them up as I go along. But when my boyfriend and I are faced with things like shopping for houses, shopping for wedding sites, and the like, we feel totally out of the loop. It's funny, because life is just this huge trial and error sort of a thing, but no one ever tells you if you're getting it right.

I had a blast, but left after Ziglar talked, mostly to find Vegan food for the Hubby, which they don't have at the Pond in Anaheim...which made Jim cranky, so i missed Guiliani and Jerry Lewis. oh well.
