Wow. I am very moved by this, and I relate, too: I have been all over the place weight-wise. I was even once sort of a bodybuilder, and it is amazing to reflect on the different ways others view and treat you when you embody the societal ideal (as I apparently did to some degree - when I was unnaturally tan and pumped and vain and ridiculous!) versus when you more accurately reflect the larger whole of society itself, i.e. are somewhere in the "normal" category, which these days must include "chubby" or "thick" or whatever other euphemism for moderately "fat" you prefer to the blunt reality.

I say as long as you are not morbidly obese and therefore in danger of health problems, give yourself a break. The world is hard enough without giving power and priority to your own unfounded guilt. But that's just my two cents; spend them how you will.
