I guess it is about time I started keeping my journal. I'm only used to ranting on these blogs since that is the theme of the collective madness known as psychicboysnetwork where I sometimes outpour whatever is pissing me off at the time.
Today I'll try looking at the bright side of things. Firstly today was another day I made it to and from work on my pushbike through the city traffic without being killed. Only a couple of near misses, and at no stage did I have to kick a taxi or shout profanities at anyone. <sigh> I don't know if I think thatt's a positive or a negative. I've only got 12 days to go before I head to Japan again, which is where that picture I've got up at the moment is from. That place is amazing. I had some dicey moments in the backcountry there last year - I hope my crew and I make it out okay this year. But thinking about it, I think I probably wouldn't be that upset to be buried. There is only one way better I can think to go and from uni I know that's physiologically impossible. Here's hoping for great times and making it back safe.
