Sometimes I just have to bake a chocolate cake...with Bulleit Bourbon.
I had to melt the chocolate in a pyrex bowl; submerged in a pot of boiling water.
I almost sank it a few times. I kept it together only 'cause chocolate water doesn't taste as good as cake, haha.

It was pretty good, but i think I might add banana or something to moisten it up next time. (Does that sound funny? lol!)
