A couple nights ago I heard a description of the US strategy for attacking Iraq. It involves a missile and air strike against Baghdad several times greater than previous Gulf war. The White House boasted no part of the Baghdad will be safe. I looked up the population of Baghdad today. 3.9 million people live there. 3.9 million doctors, lawyers restaurant owners, plumbers shop clerks, mothers, fathers children etc, etc. Casualty estimates range as high as half a million. Thats like dropping a neutron bomb on San Francisco. more
