How do you go about restarting your life? I am trying to get over a relationship that lasted for 24 years. How do you start again? I was never good at dating to begin with and now I find myself older but no wiser about how to start relationships. I didn't understand the dating game then and I certainly don't get it now. I still feel shy, under confident and terrified. I guess I have always been amazed that I found anyone at all and now they're gone I can't imagine finding anyone else. It's been 18 months and still I feel no further forward.
