looking around a bar because what else am i going to do but nobody interests me like me and the flashing of the ring on my finger, that finger using another finger to hold a cigarette and all of the other fingers holding a beer and i'm wondering who i'm fooling and i'm guessing no one and bruce springsteen is staring at me every time i glance towards that side of the bar and i gotta go but i'm not sure why, if only they had been more interesting, dizzy bar patrons, i could have observed forever, stayed there all night, but nobody interests me like me and i had to leave.
