....and my day was fine, thank you. i think i'll run the marathon in march....so training is now a focus. today i ran 8 miles. never thought this would be me. grendel the runner. that can be my tribal name. i should probably invest in some good running shoes and save my feet from the footlocker specials i have now. what say you dear readers....will you be at the finish line cheering our hero on?
